Initially invited in early 2015 to assist associate and project leader Emma Mahlook from the multi award winning interior design group MIM design. To undertake a challenging customised painting project with special effects in-line with a ambitious design concept.
The project was to deliver a first class unique customized painting effect. Plus prestigious specialized coating finishes for the new Multiplex show room. The entire ground floor show casing arguably the worlds best kitchen appliances from Sub-Zero and Wolf at Melbourne's iconic Bank Place heritage building with cutting edge design.
The concept for the burnt-distressed effect was always going to be challenging. With countless man-hours of detailed manual labour, undertaken by the Strini Industries team of tradesman to deliver on the inspiration from Emma.
The overall finished result far exceeded all expectation and has given the entire ground floor showroom an awe inspiring 'WOW' factor admired by all.
Complementing the ceiling effects was also the detailing of the original sprinkler system with a traditional bright red painted finish plus brass enamel to associated fittings.
The remaining coatings to all the walls within the showroom are a luxurious polished plaster finished surface that displays an elegant standard of prestige.

Illuminous Safety Painting Systems
The ultimate safety painting combination of Hi- visibility, reflective, glow in the dark, non-slip, long lasting and environmentally safe.
Innovating newly introduced Illuminous glow in the dark coating solutions for commercial and industrial applications that are white or yellow in colour during the day then glowing fluro green in the dark.
The unique characteristics of this newly introduced product service is increasingly becoming the bench mark for safety painting projects within local and state government authorities, with the increasingly recognized potential by the industry sector for the vast array of additional applications.
The application range is only limited by imagination and has been applied to new and existing line marking to bicycle and pedestrian paths, road markings, safety railing, non slip stair nosing, disability ramps, handrails, marine identification markers, bollards, trip hazards, temporary fence bases, emergency exits and internal emergency lighting backups etc.
Various automotive, machinery and marine applications include side steps, tow hitches, grab rails, draw bars etc.
The coating is periodically charged by natural day light and any form of incandescent light e.g. vehicle, bicycle headlights, torch light and heat with luminous visibility for 12- 24 hours depending on charging periods, and literally shines like a low grade light.

This coating is not to be confused with reflective type products that only work by the reflection of bouncing light off it, although It can be also reflective just adding to more potential multi use applications. Environmental Painting services
The latest technology within electrostatic spray painting systems are the answer to any onsite painting projects that are located within highly sensitive environmental and atmospheric areas and situations. With many advantages of using our highly specialized range of equipment, which atomizes and statically charges the atomized paint as it leaves the spray head, driven only by centrifugal force. The positively charged paint seeks grounded metals and "wraps" around even the most intricate shapes.
Unlike conventional spray processes, the paint is statically drawn only to the metal from all directions, resulting in a massive reduction in eliminating hazardous paint overspray and solvent emissions with a transfer efficiency rate of 90-100% compared to conventional spray painting of 45%.
Resulting in greatly lowering VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) and HAP (Hazardous Air Pollutants) emissions.
