PROTECTIVE COATINGS & ENVIRONMENTAL PAINTING SERVICES
Programmed projects are conducted under the supervision of our NACE International Level 2 certified Coating Inspectors with a diverse range of experience within the construction, heritage and oil & gas industries. Services conducted from delicate Lead paint removal, Concrete rejuvenation, Heat Reflective Coatings, High Performance Protective Coatings to electrostatic spray painting systems for highly sensitive environmental and atmospheric projects. With many advantages of using our highly specialized range of equipment, which atomizes and statically charges the atomized paint as it leaves the spray head, driven only by centrifugal force. The positively charged paint seeks grounded metals and “wraps” around even the most intricate shapes. Unlike conventional spray processes, the paint is statically drawn only to the metal from all directions, resulting in a massive reduction in eliminating hazardous paint overspray and solvent emissions with a transfer efficiency rate of 90-100% compared to conventional spray painting of 45%. Resulting in greatly lowering VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) and HAP (Hazardous Air Pollutants) emissions. Electrostatic spray painting guarantees an excellent protective coating on a vast range of steel surfaces from intricate items including machinery, safety railing, balustrade, fencing, window frames, shutters and structural items to more broad based steel surfaces like roller doors, wall and roof claddings that requires a highly durable protective coating with a factory finish, including heat reflective products. Plus the added financial benefit of being far more cost effective resulting in more material applied with minimal wastage.
